The clients’ brief was to provide a new state of the art standalone facility which facilitated an increase in manufacturing capability by 100% based on their existing facility.
This was a major development for our client and the largest capital investment on site following the development of the original facility build in 1976.
The project consists of the construction of a Cleanroom within the existing warehouse building and a new chemical storage facility in the service yard compound.
The project involves the retrofitting of buildings with an NFPA compliant fire suppression system, and associated utility buildings/specialist fire suppression equipment.
Taylor Group was engaged to masterplan the future development of the facility, supporting the continued phased expansion of their site operations over a 15 year period.
