This investment was a major intervention project comprising modifications and upgrades to existing Solutions Laboratory, Testing Laboratory, Tank Room, Fill Suite and associated accommodation. The works also included provision of Lean Lifts, Freezer/Coolers, Mix Tank, LAF’s, BSC’s, Bench Work with associated Room Fabric, HVAC Systems and Utilities upgrade.

Overview

The projects comprised critical production related intervention works at two interdependent sites by our client and managed as two separate projects.

The benefit of engaging Taylor Group for design and site operations was the fact that we delivered both projects with the same team members which had a positive influence on the projects from the perspective of the transfer and sharing of knowledge. Strong site engineering teams supported by Taylor Group managed the successful delivery of the projects on time and budget.
