This project was to the core of our clients’ overall Site Wastewater Treatment strategy and required critical information gathering, concise detailing and astute schedule and cost management.
Overview
The project comprised the installation of a H2O2 UV Reactor which required the decommissioning of existing plant and installation of new plant within a live restricted plant farm compound.
Taylors Group was commissioned to design the utility packages to facilitate the new process including process waste and automation H2SO4, NAOH, FeCI3, H2O2 and transfer pipework. As the UV Reactor was designed to cater for waste from a number of locations within the overall site campus, detailed site surveys and 3d scans were undertaken. All civil and structural elements were also detailed out by Taylors with support for site operations and commissioning.
A full 360 BIM Model was generated for all redundant and new services for tender and site execution purposes. TG also attended all FAT and SAT visits and provided full support during site operations. The project design and execution was well considered by our client for special consideration and award.
