We are qualified to act in the role as “Assigned Certifier” and “Ancillary Certifier” in compliance with the regulations.
The Regulations apply to construction projects to which Part III of the Principal Building Regulations applies where a Commencement Notice is lodged with the relevant Building Control Authority.
As “Design Certifier” Taylor Group design in accordance with regulations in the compilation of plans, specifications and schedules for submission to Building Control Authority, we prepare risk matrix for purposes of informing the inspection plan and at project completion prepare and sign the ancillary design certificate.
In the role of “Assigned Certifier” we certify that the works are constructed in accordance with the Building Regulations as established by the INF and Inspection Plan. We execute the requirements of the Building Control Management System (BCMS) in the compilation of the design and ancillary certificates and provide the Assigned Certifiers Certificate of Compliance on completion.
