Our industry specific knowledge and experience gives us a leading edge when it comes to engaging with clients for the purposes of scoping out the specific requirements of a master planning exercise.
Our strategy is to consider the short and long-term development scenarios and how these can best be accommodated on a site, including current and proposed facility expansion projects, their phasing, sequencing and integration into the overall campus.
Principle among these is the future proofing of the building or site for increased manufacturing capability, energy hub requirements, technical spaces, supporting accommodation, warehousing, and facilities to enhance visitor’s experience.
A master plan shall incorporate the siting of these facilities, review of required services and utilities, availability of existing utilities and provision of additional utilities capacities.
The following work sequence of activities is provided for the purposes of defining our methodology for the planned development of a Master Planning exercise. The processes outlined provide for a structured approach incorporating five key stages, the implementation of which shall be agreed with our clients and executed by the Taylor Group team.
