Taylor Group in the role as Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) manage the statutory SHW requirements of projects pursuant to the Safety Health and Welfare Construction Regulations 2013 and any specific requirements our clients SHW department may have.
At the commencement of a project Taylor Group SHW manager shall liaise with our client’s health and safety department and establish any site-specific requirements for a project, which will in turn are incorporated into the design and tender documentation.
A Preliminary Safety Health & Welfare Plan for the construction works will be generated based on designer’s risk assessments and encompass all known Health and Safety aspects of a project which offer an insight as to what is required of tendering contractors.
